API 682 Piping Plans Explained: When to Use Plan 11, 23, 32, 52, 53 and 54

Mechanical pipes rarely operate individually. The auxiliary piping system determines the working environment of the pipes, and API 682 standardizes them into numbered piping plans.
Groups of disassembly and disassembly.
- Plan 11: Conducting fluid from the pump drain door through the drain hole to the drain, the simplest and most common.
- Plan 23: use the pump ring in the fluid circulation circuit through the refrigerator, suitable for hot water and high-temperature materials.
- Plan 32: Clean fluid from an external source when the material has solid or volatile particles.
Painting for Double.
- Plan 52: the buffer fluid does not increase the pressure in the container, used for double decay does not increase the pressure.
- Plan 53A, 53B, 53C: pressure-blocking fluid, using the container, the membrane-shaped pressure tank and the piston-shaped pressure tank respectively.
- Plan 54: Liquid levels block pressure from the external system.
How to choose maps.
Toxicity, explosiveness, temperature, particulate particles and emission requirements of leather must be considered. The more dangerous the leather, the closer and more pressurized the configuration.
